Steve uses his diverse financial expertise to help clients in a variety of situations, including navigating the difficult changes brought about by a divorce.  He is the founder of Financial Insights, a financial consulting firm.

Steve is a native Oregonian.  After graduating from Stanford University with B.S. and M.S. degrees in industrial engineering, he pursued a career in finance.  Steve is a CPA, CFP® (certified financial planner), CFE (certified fraud examiner) and CDFA® (certified divorce financial analyst) with over 30 years of industry experience as an auditor, financial advisor and forensic accountant.

Steve serves on the Board of Directors for Guardian Partners, which aids vulnerable Oregonians by providing monitoring and education to guardians. 

Steve has been described as compassionate, a good listener, analytical and having a good sense of humor.
